Today I share my last stop on my Italy trip, Venice. Venice was like no other city in Italy, and made the last stop so exciting even though we were pretty tired by the end of our trip. The canals are so beautiful, and how the city is just made up of tiny islands is incredible. And I love not seeing cars anywhere too!

This was view from our water bus! I love all the boats everywhere.

My favorite view was from our apartment. We were down the street from the Arsenal Canal, and 5 minute walk from St. Mark. I loved looking out the window and just seeing boats pass by.

Very busy St. Marks Square.

St. Marks Basilica. Seems like so much gets restored in Italy. But I love that. And it's beautiful inside.

Me wandering around Venice, so mesmerized by the canals.

Inside the Bridge of Sighs, connecting the Doge's Palace and the prison.

Inside Doge's Palace and view of the top of the basilica.

One of my favorite parts of Venice was the Doge's Palace. So much art, and architecture.  It's stunning!

View from the Rialto bridge.

Our last meal in Italy. The place was amazing. I will share more food pictures of my favorite places on another post.

Italy was such a great experience. I fell in love with the country, the friendly people, the delicious food, and culture. I never realized how much I need traveling, until I began doing it more. People always say "what a small world", and it is sometimes. But when you travel, somehow standing in a beautiful corner of the world, you feel so small and the world feels endless. I just want to see it all. I have been fortunate enough to travel my whole life all over the U.S. with my family. But now as an adult and going overseas, I just don't want to stop exploring. Just this past year, I have been to England, Scotland, France, Italy, Dominican Republic, Aruba, Grand Turk, and Curacao. And I'm already thinking where I can go next! Wanderlust is real, folks.
